FR Contact for Warranty Issues
My experience has been the basis for this reply. Dealers do not like to service. Little money in it. This is what I had to do. Document every conversation with an email to the dealer. Now you have a process for creating a timeline, a record, copies of you conversation that can be forwarded to the dealer manager and the person in charge of warranties at your RV manufacturer. The person in charge of warranties at the manufacturer level has a lot of leverage.
After talking with your warranty person send him/her copies of your emails. Now the manufacturer has proof of a problem the dealer has created. They now can use that to put pressure on the dealer. In my case, the dealer lost their right to sell Forest River products
