Fuel Station Help

Hello. Brand new member and first time owner. Just bought an 09 Wolf Pack toy hauler, 27 DFWP. Took it out over Memorial Day for the first time and had a blast. Only had 2 issues that I hope someone here can help me with. First-tried to fill up the fuel station at the gas station and it didn't want to accept hardly any fuel. Could only put in about 2 gallons. (bought it as a repo, so thought it may have gas in it still) Tried to refuel the ATV's after a day of riding, and couldn't get the station to work. Turned the timer on, but no sound like I would expect a pump to make. Any ideas or suggestions on where to start? 2nd issue-The carbon dioxide monitor below the fridge, continues to beep very loudly when only running off of the 12 volt battery. It didn't make a sound when plugged into the shore power at the campground, but when hooked up to the truck and driving down the road, you could hear the alert sounding. Thought we had a bad battery, so stopped at Walmart and bought a new one on the way to the next campground. No difference until the power disconnect was shut off. Thanks to any that can help.
