Furnace blowing cold air

My new Microlite 21DS furnace is running cool, may be 55 deg. F when outside is 40 deg.F.
The camper is equipped with an Aircel NT-20SQ.
LP pressure at the furnace is 10.5".
The flames appears perfect but only about 3/16" high.
Is this flame height normal?

Should / Can the LP regulator, mounted on the main tank, be adjusted for higher pressure?
Any suggestions?
(My RV dealer is tied up at a trade show for till Feb. and I have guests coming for Christmas.)
Thanks!
