Generator and power fluctuation?

I have a 4000 W Champion generator that I previously used on my pop-up. When running it on the TT for the first time today, I noticed the power meter in the trailer was bouncing a bit, but still in the green. I took a video with my phone which can be seen here:

Is this bounce cause for concern? I've always hooked up to shore power, but would like to go dry this fall/winter in the desert - but I obviously don't want to fry any electronics or appliances!!

Thanks for any help you may be able to offer!!!!!

This is what the generator looks like:

These are the specs:

196 cc OHV Gasoline Powered Engine
4000 Peak Watts
3500 Running Watts
EPA Certified
CARB Certified
60 Hz Single Phase
AC Load 120/240 V
DC Load 12 V
Fuel Capacity 4 gallons (15 L)
Weight 99.2 lbs. (45 kg)
Height 18.1 inches (46 cm)
Width 18.1 inches (46 cm)
Length 24.2 inches (61.5 cm

Can't see the video because of the printing over it but if the voltage is fluctuating there is a problem, more than likely the voltage regulaor or the engine speed governor. Have the generator checked by a competent repair shop.

i know the cheap generators are bad for delivering voltage fluctuations but that seems really bad. i have put a meter on my honda 3000eu and it is completely stable. the invertor style generators are know for having much smoother power output. that is one of the reasons why i bought the honda eu. good luck with getting it repaired. i hope it is an easy fix.
