Generator Runs, but Quits

I've got an '07 Forester 2941DS,with a Onan 4.0, I just changed the oil in the generator, then started it to let it run, it ran about 30 min., then quit, rechecked the oil, looked a little low, so I filled it to the full mark, & started it again, ran about 10 mins. & quit again.
The fuel tank is full, the air filter is clean, any thoughts?

Welcome to the forums. If it's water cooled it could be overheating??
