Yes, caulking gun, ran a close S pattern and weighted down luan , I am going to glue Styrofoam in air conditioner duct tomorrow, if you look close on first picture you can see a crack, second picture with it opened up, this part of duct is not being used and was made weak by removing old rotted plywood. Then cover with first layer of luan.
Second layer of luan being applied, decided to stay with Gorilla Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive, real pleased with how it holds and it can withstand temperatures of 200 degrees before it is stressed.
