Help! Windy night - now no fridge power!

We had 20/30mph wind last night. During the hig wine time we heard a rapid clicking that sounded like it was coming from behind the fridge or above it. My husband could hear it outside in a unit on the roof above also - it eventually stopped. This morning the check light was on - we are not hooked up to electricity & we have a non-working fridge 🤔

Is it working now, sounds like the wind blew out the pilot, then it was trying to start, the clicking noise. You might just have to shut it off and then to gas and see if it lights..

Does propane work to other appliances (like the stove)?

If so, have you tried the age-old "have you tried turning it off and back on again?"

Turn it off and back on, I think it tries to ignite a few times then it stops trying. Also make sure you still have gas.

To be clear they mean turn off the power switch on the fridge and then turn it back on. This resets the check light. If you are not sure about the propane turn on a stove burner.

yes it sounds like the fridge went into lock out after several attempts it will go into lock out
yes reset the power source wait about 30 seconds
it also sounds like you might be out of propane too

From your profile, looks like you are FTimer in Colo. w/o electrical hookup, Yes? What's the outside temp?/ will the Lp vaporize in the tanks to give you the REQUIRED 11" wc? How are you keeping your battery up?

I have had wind blow out my fridge pilot light when I boondock. The check light comes on. If you turn off your fridge and turn it back on, it will go through the ignition sequence again.... up to 3 ignitions before the check light comes on again. If it fails, try again.
