Help with DC power

Finally getting ready for the season, had 9 inches of snow last week. We have a new Flagstaff HW 27 used only once last year, winterized and now we want to get out again. Powers up fine on shore power from the house, but when we disconnect have no power from the fully charged batteries. Can someone give me hint as to what is going on here? Husband is sure he has the battery connected correctly, white for positive, black for negative, and unless we can get the DC power up we won't be going anywhere. We have a WFC Converter.

DC Power

Check to see if the battery disconnect switch has been turned off. Some have a rocker switch near the entrance door; others have a box with a red key insert that connects and disconnects the battery.

On our Wildwood TT the white is negative. Have DH follow white cable it should bolt to frame.

Same here...white is negative and goes to a grounding block on the frame.
