How do I access CoachNet

We took delivery of a new Solera in December.

I have heard that it includes one year free service through CoachNet.

My dealer does not have any information.

How would I call them? Is there an 800 number? Do I need a member id or just tell them that I am a new owner and they can look it up?

What is and is not covered? Will they tow you out from a failure while boon docking on fire roads or must you be on a paved road?

This has been resolved. I called CoachNet and member services was able to find my name in their database, so I now have the phone number and member number.
