Then I realized I need a trip to Sears for a flexible grease gun hose because the compartment is too tight for what I have.
Yep, James, thanks for that add. I forgot to include the flex tube on the grease gun to get access to the Zerk fittings.

I still aint got Zerks.

Seriously guys 2 inches down from the top on the front is a deformation in the tube like a small piece of plate was welded in there and then painted over, both sides, (Daisy Boykin) has the same problem.

I need to hear from some more recent Rockwood owners, how can I change the title to this thread to include "2011 Rockwoods" or do I have to start a new thread?

No idea why they were removed from 2010 Flagstaff (mine) and 2011 Rockwood (yours).

Are there Zerks on the 2011 5th wheel Flagstaffs? Maybe they changed them to a "no-lubrication required" model.

Remember they would not be outside the camper. They are inside the front storage compartment at the top of the landing gear drive tube.

Drill a hole, screw in a zerk, and pump it full of grease. I have done that on a few older ones that needed grease. kinda caveman, but it works.

I only have access to 3 of 4 zerks. One of them is blocked by the electric motor that runs the landing gear. Someone wasnt thinking when they mounted the motor....

So I greased the front landing gear and I still have a rubbing sound when the landing gear is raised/lowered. It is not constant, but annoying. Are there other suggestions other than just the zerk fittings for quieting/lubing the front landing gear.
