Post How much does it weigh

I have a 2002 Cedar Creek Custom 36RLTS that I purchased second hand. The spec and weight label on the outside has long been faded away. Can anyone help provide this info for me ? Also any tire recommendations

You might want to take that puppy across a CAT scale to be sure of the weight. Also, check the cabinets to see if there is a label in any of those, especially the cabinet over the sink.

I am going to guess you have 7000 pound axles under it and so my guess ready to camp it will scale really close to 15,000 pounds. Pin weight on CC's are quite heavy so plan on a minimum of 20% of your scaled weight.

Since it is a mystery to you, I will have to agree with Chap and suggest you take it to a public scale or CAT scale and have it weighed. Then you will know exactly what it weighs. The gross weight, though should be on your title.

A very short internet search came up with:

Axle Dry Weight: 9040
Unloaded Vehicle Weight: 10910
Hitch Weight: 1870
GVWR: 13870
Gross Cargo Capacity: 2960
Dual Axles (2): 6000 pounds each Straight,
Wheel Size: 16 x 6
Tire Size: LT235/85R 16/E

These are UNLOADED, "as shipped" weights. Since it is used, mods will have been done that will have changed it. WEIGH it empty first for a baseline.

Even if the sticker information has faded away, the axle ratings might still visible. Take a tour under the trailer, and see if there is a sticker or plate on those. Axles are usually the contributing factor with gross weights, followed by tire ratings.

Lou's information my be spot on. 2 6000 lb. axles, with a 1870 lb. hitch weight would give a 13,870 GVWR. Check the axles for information, weight the trailer, check for empty and gross weights on the title (per Kim), and you should be in the know by then.
