I am in Westminster MD, just 11 miles South from the MD/PA line and about 15 miles from Hanover PA.

I wasn't too much worried about the snow or cold (it's minus 19 right now) but we had the slides out and the snow had accumulated on the awnings. Trying to get it off was a problem (icy). The snow on the ground is over knee deep. I'm thinking a broom might be a good tool in the future. One slide is now all the way in, the other almost. It's supposed to get above freezing in a week, although before then it's supposed to get much much colder.

I would like to have the slides out - circulates the air, gives access to all the drawers and closets in the bedroom for example but perhaps that's not such a good idea?
