Here is an older thread from this site that is a sticky. Scroll through the posts and you should find a number you can use:

In this day and age, it's unbelievable that FR's website has no phone numbers, snail mail or email addresses. It's almost as if they don't want any contact from the outside world.

I think that is the idea.

As a factory, they don't want phone calls or emails from a customer. They expect you to go through the dealer first. They let the dealers handle the public, that's what they get paid for. When I was in manufacturing, we never dealt with the public customers, or else we would never have been able to get anything built. If you have a crappy dealer, file a complaint with the BBB, factories do look at those.

By the way, same with a car manufacturer, if you have a problem with your new Chevy, you don't immediately call the factory, you must go through a dealer.

Not true. This is the contact page on the GM of Canada website:

https://contactus.gm.ca/english/email_us.aspx

I have emailed them asking questions & got prompt replies.

Also, there are contact phone numbers in the owners manual of my truck.

I agree that the customer doesn't call the factory. But, they should be able to contact the company. What if you can't get a resolution @ the dealership? Should you have to ask on the 'net how to call XYZ RV Co.?

I do believe the contact number is provided in the owners manual, I know it is in my Cedar creek.

I'm pretty sure there's a mailing address in my manual. Not sure about a phone number (I'm not near the TT).

Keystone | Contact Us

KZ Recreational Vehicles: Contact Us

Coachmen RV

Contact Us about our RV, Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels | Dutchmen Travel Trailers

It would appear that some of the other RV manufacturer's don't have a problem allowing prospective customers and/or owners to contact them.

Contacting Forrest River

I've used these numbers within the last two weeks.

Forrest River Customer Service
574 206 7600

Service-Ron Roff
574 825 8602

And, if anyone has figured out a good retrofit to keep the bugs and dust from coming in under the slide-out for the Freelander Dreamer, (Coachman) let me know.
