How to deal with a nick in the flooring?

So when we were setting up for the weekend, I noticed a nick from a small stone in the vinyl flooring.. It is about the size of a pin head.. Is there anything I should do to seal it, so that nothing get under the flooring?

Interested to here ideas here. Not to long ago I dropped a Phillips screw driver and of course it landed top down and punched a small hole in the floor. Nobody else can see it but I know it is there and it drives me crazy.

My slide gouged my floor in one spot on my previous motorhome. I just ignored it. About a 2" by 1/4" gouge. Never got worse over 6 years.

For a nick that small, I would take a bit of pure silicon clear caulk, apply it with a razor blade and then use mineral spirits to clean the excess.
