How to keep mini lite from freezing on the road

We're camping in our Mini-Lite until Christmas in Central Kentucky, then we'll head out to Arizona. How do I protect my water system while driving from KY to AZ in freezing temps? We do have heated tanks, but that won't protect the pump while in transit. Any suggestions?

I've moved your question to a thread of its own.
Hope you get an answer!

We're workamping with Amazon, staying at Green River Stables in Campbellsville. Thanks for moving my question. I think the wise move will be to drain the fresh and hot water, then RV anti-freeze the lines. We'll carry water to use the restroom if we need to use it while in transit till we hit a warm climate.

We're new to the Forrest River family.

What you suggest is the safest bet but wait until the last moment.
It's quite possible you'll have above freezing day(s) when you move and
you won't have to winterize.

I've heard on the news about hundreds of seasonal jobs at Zappos
warehouse in Shepherdsville KY. I didn't know Amazon was hiring but
I understand why they are.

Welcome to the forums!!
Hope you have a good experience "work camping"!!
