I have a Sterling Wildcat 32RL 5th wheel. I have been asking techs with no real success. Where should the fluid level be when slides and jacks are all retracted? Sorry for the out of focus picture. The picture shows level when all jacks are down and slides extended.

On my Cedar Creek it says one quarter inch below the fill spout lip. My reservoir looks nothing like yours, hence the "lip" . I just blew an 0-ring and it took 2 quarts to fill even though I still had 2 qts in it. The manual (must be old) says it holds 2 qts.

Should be whithin 1/2" of fill spout with ALL jacks and slides retrated (see page 5) this does not cover level up but its similar.

hope this helps

Tanks for all the input.
My reservoir is about the size of a gallon jug and has never been more than about 2/3 full. Any owners manuals I have found shows a reservoir about 1/2 the size of mine. Guess I could add 2 quarts of fluid just to fill tank.
