Hydraulic System Failure

Guys, please help. I work in oil and gas and travel 13 months a year, so there is a lot of time spent on the road. I bought a 2017 Cedar Creek Hathaway 38FBD in April and have had very few issues with it... until now. Trying to breakdown and move to new location and the leveling jacks will not retract, the slides will not retract. I had to do this manually at the hydraulic motor and then manually again upon arrival. I have learned that there is a circuit breaker between the battery and the solenoid that sends power to the motor, but i can't find it anywhere. Im hoping it's just that breaker, but any other advise will be much appreciated.

Our Sandpiper has an inline fuse located in the bay with the LCI auto level control panel. When operating your hydraulics, try to always be hooked to shore power. The hydraulic motor is a big draw on batteries and will tend to pop fuses and what not without some help.

I do always hook up to shore power, or turn on the generator to operate the slides or jacks. I did check the fuse (i think it's the right one) and it's still good. The solenoid "clicks" when the jacks or slide buttons are pressed, so im thinking it's a breaker or the solenoid itself, but this is new to me.

Look in front basement behind round plastic cover. Find what looks like a buss bar mounted against wall. Look on edge and find reset buttons..
