Exclamation IMPORTANT Polar Package on Surveyor Sport SP295

Hi,
I just put a deposit down in a Forest River Surveyor SP295 Sport. The unit I bought has the cold weather "Polar Package". Sales guy told me this unit would be fine for camping at the ski area if we keep the heat running. My concern is that when I look at the Forest River website it says that the Select Models have a heated and enclosed underbelly...not the sport model. Now I am concerned about the tanks in below freezing temps. Anyone know what the "Polar Package" does or is on the Sport Model? Should I be concerned about my tanks? I could change to the Select with quad bunks, but I liked the outside kitchen on the Sport and only really need 3 bunks like my model has. Looking for advice. Suppose to finish this deal in a few days here. THANKS!!!

I can only guess that the Polar Package is similar to our Artic Pak which includes tank heaters and additional insulation. Your unit was ordered with the Polar Package as an option which is available on just about every trailer FR makes. In out case, as your salesman said I just need to keep the heat on and we're fine.

It says right in the brochure (bottom of page 9 LH colum) that the heated enclosed belly is not available on the sport.
