Inside wall separation
I have made the mistake of buying a new Cherokee travel trailer last Spring which has been used just two times. There were numerous issues after the first use (including the dump connectors being totally unusable due to their poor placement).
After our second trip, we've discovered two locations along the inside seams of the walls where the adjoining walls have separated. They are under what appears to be wallpaper as the wallpaper is noticeably showing a gap over most it its length. Being brand new, this is still under warranty however I'd like to know what is involved in repairing these two walls, and if the repair will look worse than it looks now? I definitely feel I made a big mistake buying a Forest River product!

Can you post some pictures of the affected areas so we can see what you are trying to describe?

Pics would be nice but I would take it right back to the dealer and say here, want it back in the spring, if your dealers are like the ones around here it will take them months to get it fixed.

Here's a picture
This isn't the best picture however hopefully you'll see what I'm dealing with. You can feel the gap with the tip of your finger which I'm guessing is between 1/8" and 1/4".

USE the paper clip icon on the REPLY for easiest photo inclusion

Whenever the walls delaminate like that, it's usually water damage.

There's no sign of dampness anywhere so I don't think that would be the cause. It's also occurring, though not quite as badly, on the opposite wall in the bedroom. I would be more to guess poor workmanship and quality control.
On another issue, the shelves of the pantry collapsed on our first time out. It's really too bad RV's don't have any lemon laws as do motor vehicles!

Our Cherokee walls are stapled in place along with many of the cabinets and other wood frames. I had to screw many of them as the staples pulled out of them.

Give the Wildwood factory rep a call and see if they can get it in for repair.
With delamination, a factory visit is well worth the time and money.
In almost all cases, a local dealership is ill equipped to deal with this.

NOT an issue. The seam tape is just coming lose. Roll it down with a wall paper seam roller. If you use your finger, the seam tape goes into the gap.

You've unfortunately misread what's been said before. The problem lies not in the wallpaper, but in whatever material was used behind the wallpaper. That's where the gap is. In fact, there is no wallpaper seam at this location which, in itself, presents a problem as well. It probably would be easier to fix had there been a seam at this point!

By the picture it looks like a bad lamination job by the factory, that wall needs to be replaced I hate to say, the batten is only covering a seam. Call the factory and get it replaced....

The interior walls are 1/8" luan, covered with wallpaper from the wall MFG. These sheets are typically 4' x 8'.
Forest River takes these 4' x 8' sheets and installs them over your interior walls in a vertical application with glue and staples. When the factory butts these sheets together there is a small gap. (some smaller than others) The factory will then cutout the window openings ect.
The factory then will use a 1" wide piece of wallpaper seam tape with the matching pattern to cover the gap. Some times the adhesive on this seam tape does not hold to well and must be readhered with a wallpaper seam roller.
From your picture, it looks as though this is where the luan sheets are butting togething and covered with a seam tape that needs rolled.
