Do you have propane in your tanks?

Check the voltage of your battery with the inverter off, (Unpluged) just to make sure you don't have a dead battery.
How do you turn the converter off

Your converter will go off when you unplug from shore power, which is the same as a 120 volt supply. Unplug the power cord that runs from your trailer/camper/motorhome to the outside electric source and your converter will go off.
