iRV66 radio- no radio reception at all

I purchased a new 2015 Windjammer 3008w in June and I get zero radio reception. I checked all the wiring and it seems to be fine. Contacted my dealer and they were no help. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. I'm guessing you have power to the unit. I'm guessing the ant may not be plugged in. There are only 4 screws holding the radio in . The face plate pops off start at bottom and gently pry off then your will see the four screws. You can now remove the radio to check if the ant is plugged in or any of the other wires. Later RJD

I already checked the antenna wire by removing the radio. I also check the antenna connection on the roof and all appears fine.
