just purchased first new trailer

my wife and i just purchased our first new rv ,alpha wolf 27rk l, we purchased from boyer rv in Erie pa, which is about 4 hrs from us.it didn't go as well as we thought it would ,but that's a whole different story. we had some small issues inside the trailer and some missing parts when we arrived home with it. but that comes with every trailer from what i heard. now on the outside we have something that is pushing almost through the sidewall! we took it to another dealer in NY ,they looked at it and said that they couldn't fix it, and they will call a fiberglass specialist to come look at what can be done, im terrified that they will have to cut into the side of our 2019 brand new trailer to fix it!!! i called the dealer we purchased from and he said its common??? i don't believe that if they patch the side wall it will ever be the same , and several years down the road we will have delamination issues. i cant believe that forest river would choose to put a patch in a customers brand new trailer!!still waiting to hear from forest river and fiberglass specialist.anybody ever heard of this ,and how they fix it? what a nightmare

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Without a picture it is very to hard to figure out or where on the rig you are talking bout.

we are going to the dealer today to try to get some pics,it is directly behind the top pulley mech for the slide out, we initially thought it was a long screw in the pulley that was pushing out, but it wasn't.
