The LED display lights up but no verbiage

I ran the slides out the other day at the house to load a new couch into the RV HOWEVER, all 4 jacks were not down and the RV was NOT leveled.

Today I backed up to load the RV got out hit the on button for the leveling system and it threw an error code "check stability".

Then i continued to manually raise the RV, backed under, hooked up and went to the campground.

The LED display lights up but, no verbiage. The front jacks will operate manually by pushing the buttons however, the rear jacks will not operate at all??

We tried unplugging the LED display, didn't help.

We tried holding all for buttons in at the same time, didn't help.(L,R,F,R,)

The LED display lights up but nothing??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

using a multi-meter i checked the battery, auto circuit breakers near the battery, and the power going into 4 point 5th wheel controller (part# 14346) and everything tested fine.

disconnected the plug from the back of the LED panel and found we're only getting 6V to the yellow wire, the other 3 wires had 12V.

I have no idea what the yellow wire is and best guess to replace part# 14346 5th wheel controller
