Large limb equals damaged roof

We are camped at a Lake Catherine state park, AR and about 1130 pm we felt and hear a large crash. We had a tree limb about 5 inch across and 12 foot long dropped on our roof above our bed. After jumping out of our skins and calming the dogs down I went and checked on damage at first light. I have a dent with a couple of cracks about 5 inches long along with a bent arm on the bedroom slider. The park super made a report and took photos. I will post photos soon. The warning is the limb did not look dead it had a few green leaves on it but part of the limb was dead in the center, no wind but the weight must have caused it to break.
