It would help tremendously if you would post the year and model of the RV you have. Also be a little more detailed in your description of the problem. List anything you have checked. Did you buy the RV new or used? Has it ever worked? And spell out what you are calling the Lci control panel. We can all help you better with a few more details.

I have a 2005 Georgetown. The Lippert control panel on the dashboard for the hydraulic jacks has no power. I've checked the fuses and breakers, all okay. Lights won't come on so I assume there is no power at all.

LCI Control Panel

Not familiar with Georgetown 2005 models but have
you check the fuses in the Battery Control Center ?

The BCC is generally located close to the coach batteries.

Check under the steps inside the coach. There is a resettable breaker for the slides and levelers in there. On a 2005 it may be a fuse though? House batteries ok? Turned back on? I won't tell you how I know this could be an issue but it involves a generator barely cranking after someone, that would be me, turned mine off then couldn't figure out why it wouldn't crank.

LCI wiring schematic

Hopefully The following schematic will help you
fix/identify the problem. I cannot say for certain
that Georgetowns are wired this way, however
I would think FR would follow LCI requirements.

Lippert control panel

I've checked the breakers & fuses including the one behind the control panel. All are okay. I have 12 volts to the hydraulic motor, but the lights on the control panel are off. Like there is no power getting to the dash. Tech support at LCI said the supression module may be out. I guess I'll replace it & see what happens. Thanks.

How much is this supression module? If it is expensive then I would try to pull the LCI panel myself and verify that you are getting 12 volts to the back of the unit and that you havea good ground from the LCI control panel.

"Tech support at LCI said the supression module may be out." I would verfiy the failure first and verify voltages and grounds before I did any SHOTGUN troubleshooting and fired a supression module at the failure.

can TECH support send you a pin out diagram of the supression module and the LCI panel?

If you are getting 12V to the LCI oanel and a good ground then replace the LCI panel, if you are not getting 12v to the LCI then go the supression module and check for voltage into and out of the module. I hate when people say maybe this will fix the problem?? and maybe it will not and you can not usually return electrical parts. then you are out the money and still have not fixed the problem.

Here are the reference information manuals etc for LCI levelers and Slideouts. Hopefully what you're looking for is covered in here.
