Leak at electrical input

I discovered a leak in my travel trailer. I had a lot of trouble trying to find out where my leak was and used all the proper sealant for the roof and windows. This weekend I went to have a look at it as it was a nice weekend and snow was melting, I wanted to see how I did with my leak repair.

Apparently not good. I think I have figured out where the leak is now. When I went to plug in the electrical (my plug on the trailer being a screw in) I opened the door to screw in the wire and the area where I plug in inside of the cap is dripping wet. I have not tried to take off the plug housing from the outside yet but tried from the inside. I cannot imagine how the inside of a sealed unit is getting water into it.

Has anyone ever had this issue before and can you remove the box (inside covered with carpet) easily. I should have taken pictures.

Thanks
