Just got our new 2011 Rockwood Roo 233 S home.
It's sat outside for a few weeks, and just two days ago, we had a wicked rain storm. Found water on the stove top. Just above it, is the Radio, and there were drips formed at the bottom of the plastic radio cover where it mounts in the cabinet. I've checked the roof, and it looks perfect, can't see any holes, or areas where the caulking got missed. Thought maybe it was running down the antanae and into the trailer, can't see nothing tho. And the cabinet has no access to look inside, the microwave is right beside it.
Has anyone else had a similar issue?
I'm gonna look to see if I can pop the radio cover off, and see in past the radio unit...
Is your hood vent for your stove behind where the radio is? If so the water may have entered there. Take the radio out and check. There should four screws holding it in.
If it is coming in from the vent for the hood, is it possible that the vent on the outside of the trailer was not closed? I thought there was a flap that should be latched down when traveling. Its been awhile since I looked at the outside of the unit, though, so I could be wrong.

Even if it is latched down, sometimes, with high winds and driving rain, water will find its way in through the vent.
Wow, this is just awesome! So glad to see all the responses so quickly!
Being the detective I am, and the perfectionist, I just had to find out where the water was coming in, and I found it! I took the speaker out (3 screws), and went up on the roof with the garden hose and sprayed a bit. Found it right away.
See the pics...
You are lucky that this is the only leak you got. On our new 2011 mini lite the leakage was so bad that the trailer was sent to the factory for a major repair. New back wall. new menbrane etc etc. We are happy now. I wish my problems would have been small like yours.
That same leak i had in my Roo. also the air conditioner, sky light in the bathroom, leaky bed end seals and leak in the seams in the bed ends. Now we get back from a week camping trip and one end of the slid out has fallen about 1 1/2 inches. I hope you have better luck.
I have had bunk leaks. they added one more seal on the door part. They put a seal on the top and part way down the sides. So now there is the two on the trailer and two on the door. I still have a leak sometimes when i am driving but i put a towel on the floor to catch it.
