Leveler System - low voltage error

Hello. I have a 2017 Thor Motor Coach 31W. We love the unit and will soon take off for 4 weeks.
I started the unit today and decided to set the levelers. Upon doing so, I now have the right front leveler stuck in the down position with a low voltage error on the panel. Help!

Are they electric or hydraulic. If you have a pump then the control is at fault. Other, check wiring and grounds. Use a meter to see if you have 12 volts.

The levelers are hydraulic but the system is controlled electrically.

Still have to use a multi meter to check all connections and fuses. Trouble could be wiring , connections or components. I would start at the switch and go out from there.

I would check the status of your batteries. This levelers run on 12V and a bad battery will cause a low voltage

Funny you should say that. The coach had a dead battery last week and we just installed a new one. Would it still be saying low voltage with a new battery?

if you have it, go into MANUAL mode, then press and hold the RETRACT button

low voltage is a condition that limits the 'Automatic' portion of the system if it detects a certain low voltage situation, though Manual mode allows YOU to use it anyway.

Once the code is there, you will need to reset the controller to continue. Try a reset on the leveler controller and then see if you still get the low voltage message.

On my coach, if the house batteries are less than 12.1 volts, I have problems with the Big Foot levelers and my full wall slide.

A workaround that I have used a few times seems crazy but it works... I run the generator and connect a regular battery charger to the house batteries. The extra "boost" from the charger allows me to run the levelers and slide.

We manually got the leveler up. BTW, there is no manual button on our panel. Got under the coach and did it manually. What is the reset button combo on the panel to get rid of the low voltage message.

not sure about your Brand of system, but some allow a simultaneous press of two buttons to get to the 'override' or similar...
