Light over the island crooked? Help!

We have a FR CC Silverback 33ik 2019 , The light over the island hangs straight but where it attaches to the ceiling looks crooked. It looks like one side of the screws are in tighter than the other side. We asked the dealer about it and they said 'that's the way it's designed' and they didn't fix it. Anyone else have this issue? Now that I've seen it, I can't NOT see it.... everytime I sit in the theater seat, that's ALL I see when I sit down!
If anyone else sees this, do you know if there's a fix to it? Maybe it's just a little OCD but geez... it's driving me nuts!LOL

I'd fix it. Sounds like an easy fix. They assemble with a power drill with a screwdriver bit in it and so over tighten easily and heaven forbid they need to go back to the first screw a second time. I'm still fixing over tightened (stripped) screws in my FR 5er.

i don't know what yours looks like but our trailer has some lights over the island. they are mounted on a decorative piece wood that matches all the other wood trim. this piece of wood is held to the ceiling with some long screws. after a trip we we lucky to find that piece of wood crooked. investigation showed that the screws were backing out. those screws were simply run up through the thin ceiling panel with no backing behind them at all! i redid the way that wood board was mounted to the ceiling. i drilled larger holes in the ceiling and put molly bolts into the holes and let the wings spread apart. then i used pieces of threaded rod into the molly bolts and through the wooden piece and then secured with nuts and locktight. it's not coming off now!

Thanks for your replies. I guess we'll just see how things go with the dealer...again. We had some repairs done but we have to take it back in...yet again!... for some other cosmetic concerns. The ceiling panels have to be taken down and the ceiling decals replaced...they're all wrinkled along the strips. They said that panel that the light is on will have to come down, too, so maybe they can do something with it. There have been too many issues with this unit from the get-go.

THAT'S PRETTY MUCH A STANDARD STATEMENT FROM A CRAP DEALER.

'that's the way it's designed'

NO IT'S NOT. I HATE DEALERS!

Like the guy said, just fix it yourself and be prepared to do more repairs in the very near future. It's part of your camping life now. Only one dealer I know of in my 45 years of camping that was and still worth their salt is
