Have you attached anything to a wall or cabinet? We had a similar situation last spring. We had installed a space-saver coffee pot under a cupboard over the sink and in the process, cut a wire running through the bottom of the cabinet. We kept inserting new fuses and they would immediately blow.

If your Wildwood has electric (12v) slide motors to operate the slide out, and not a hydraulic fluid pumped system, then your unit may be like mine. If so, then under the tongue area, near the front along the frame, you should find a small green plastic sealed case along the wiring, and if you open the case-(mine has 2 for 2 slide outs) you'll find a 30 amp automotive style bayonett fuse- check it out, it's probably blown. Hopefully, this will fix your problem! Thanks, and GOOD LUCK!! Randy (PS, you didn't say if the slide worked on battery power, or when NOT plugged in. If so, different problem!)

thanks for the suggestions

ok so now we are home, and my husband did play around with the GFI outlets, but they all checked out ok. Still no lights. We have not nailed anything that we can think of. The slide still works regardless of if we are plugged into power or if running off battery.

We plugged into our home 110 and the light still did not work yesterday. Tonight I went out and they are working. Can this be because something in the slide was pinching wires?? We are not sure where to look, and do not want to be without the majority of our lights this weekend.

Thanks for all the help

First of all, are the lights 12 volt lights, as are in most, or are they really 110 volt lights? Sounds like you're looking for a loose connection since they didn't work and now they do. If they're 12 volt lights, being plugged in and breakers have nothing to do with the problem. Check where wires may be moving when the slide is operated. Good Luck.
