Lippert jack / LG 1817941

I have an issue - 2013 wildwood 36tbss - so last season our jack gave out - used manually to get out of a ham. . Our 30 in line fuse keep blowing - so we replaced the battery - still not working . Unsure of the issue there - any advice. New problem now the manual Crank has seized up solid. My hubby used a pipe wrench - not a give ! Help

It sounds like the weather got it.... I assume you have cleaned and lubed?

May be too late and need replacement

So in your opinion- trying to make sense if it. Pretty sure water got in there , so if the motor has seized - will the manual override not work either ?

Not if it's seized.
Are you talking about the power tongue jack?

Had same problem last year on my Wildwood 30KQBSS. Getting ready to pull out and I couldn't get the power stabilizer to retract. Had to remove motor before I could manually retract. When I got home I disassembled the motor. It looked as though it had been submerged in water for a substantial amount of time. I cleaned everything up replaced 1 brush spring WD 40ed the heck out of it. I sealed it up good when I finished. It's been working great since

As noted...I also assumed tongue jack as you mentioned a pipe wrench.

On the manual tongue jacks I have seen....dry makes them very hard to turn.
