Loose tent material on Shamrock 21ss

I purchased a Shamrock 21ss this year as my first ever trailer owned. When I unfold and setup the tent ends, I notice the material isn't snug. It's almost like the snaps are too close to the end. I tried to set my support bar all the way extended, but it realy didn't seem to help much.

The side are snug due to the bungie cords, just the ends seem way to loose. Any thoughts?

If it wasn't snug, wouldn't the bars fall out of place? We have a 21ss but don't know if its snug or loose but the bars fit tight so I assume its ok.

i would suggest you ask a similar question in the Expandable/Hybrid section here, since it applies specifically to hybrids.

also, pics of what you're talking about is always helpful.
is the shepherd's pole fully extended to the last hole?
and is the velcro on the sides attached?
