lubricating an equalizer

Anyone know which points you should lube on an equalizer hitch,and what kind of grease is the best?? Thanks!

The "Equalizer" hitch naturally make noise, I had mine during 2 TT over 8 years and never lubed anything on it and it worked great. It is a friction hitch, by lubing it you take away the friction and defeat the hitch operation.
