Lug Nut Torque

What is the recommended torque for 5th wheel lug nuts? My Cardinal 30RKLE only indicates to follow the axle manufacturer's recommendations, and I can't find that information on the unit. Thanks!

My lugs torque at 65 lbs. It is not a fifth wheel though. I do it with a good torque wrench. Be sure and torque in a x pattern.
