Measured 60" exactly, that rules out the dynasty mattress for you.

I bought the Zinus short queen. We put it in the camper and letting it fill it. I think it will be just fine. We put our old 1" topper underneath it for now. Once we actually go to sleep in it I'll decide if the mattress is wide enough or if I need to cover the wood.

Ditto to the Costco foam topper. Have one in the trailer, plus on 2 beds in the house.

We just bought a full size Sleep Inc Richmond (I think it is a 1" or 2" foam topper) innerspring and foam mattress...can't say enough good things about it! And it was very budget conscious at just $219.

A 66” x 80” mattress is an Olympic Queen. Our Sprinter has a 66” wide x 72” long mattress. Poor quality and not very thick. We bought a king 4” foam topper from Sam’s Club. The width matched the length of the OEM mattress. We turned it 90 degrees and cut it to match width of the mattress. This way we only had to make one cut. We used queen sheets and mattress pad with deep pockets. They’re too long but they tuck in.

Unfortunately we haven’t slept on it yet. Not sure when we will. Can’t make plans yet. I suppose we could driveway camp to try it out.

There are companies that will make custom size mattresses.
