Need help. Tub leaked

Noticed today that the underbelly of my 2018 grey wolf was sagging. Upon inspection and a little slit to the black plastic i found it is soaked.

My question what should I do first? Call FR, my dealer, or what?

Second question, is this a major issue or something that can be fixed easily?

Call dealer first. If they don't help right away then move to FR. Don't wait to get this fixed. Water in the under belly wont help wiring, insulation, wood, and best of all Mold.

I agree that is it a major issue, but you may be able to do some "pre-visit" investigation into why there is water in the underbelly.

Is there any silicone or caulking around the drain area of the tub? Was that something that slipped by them when it was built or has it come loose?

Well I did some poking around and cannot find signs of coming from a water feed line. Checked under bath sink too and that seems dry as do all my towels and stuff there. Think it’s coming from the tub drain.

My question is how do the repair the underbelly after they cut into it? Do they put new fabric stuff? Anyone know?

I was thinking of getting a wolf pup, I have read many stories of the tub drain coming loose and falling off. Like they forgot to glue the pipes.. That would be my guess what happened.

Tub/shower drain is a common problem. Cut the fabric and have a look around. cut a 3 sided door leaving a hinge on the forward side. See if there is an access under the tub/shower. Duct tape will hold the fabric together. flex tape? Self-fix is a lot easier than the dealer fix.

Is that a fabric underbelly or Coroplast?

Fabric where the leak is at. Chloroplast covering the tanks.

Gorilla tape is a good choice for putting that fabric back together. Stuff is pretty strong. It’s an area that you need to inspect going forward. I would push the envelope as far as I could because 2-3 years from now you want have the factory support.
