Does anyone here have any advice.... we would like to use our trailer this summer again...

Katss - sorry to hear about your slide issues. Your Thunderbolt should've come with a one year roadside assistance that could help out in this situation since the US manufacturers are closed as of last Friday afternoon. Dealers are not required to service any unit that was not purchased from them but its our hope that they would help out. Your selling dealer should be taking care of you and working with Forest River not having you do it directly. The XLR warranty department will be open starting tomorrow morning at 8:00am.
