No 12v inside the trailer

I have a brand new 2008 wildcat 32QBBS 5th wheel that I just purchased. I have 12 v power to our jacks and slides but we have no 12v power to lights, fridge, pump or anything onside. Checked all fuses, brakers and changed out the relays and bought a new battery. Can't find a reset switch. HELP Don't want to drive 300 miles to take it in unless I have to.

Have you checked the breaker next to the battery. It may be mounted on the side of the front landing gear(front jacks) housing. My trailer has a glass fuse for the landing gear and a separate fuse for the slide. This breaker(in the photo) sends power to the converter. Some are auto-reset and some are manual re-set.

BTW, Welcome to FRF.

Milzat, do all trailers have this breaker near the battery? I haven't noticed 1 on mine. I'll have to check next weekend.

There is another 40 amp auto resetting breaker under the 5th wheel pin box or tounge where the 12dc line from the tow vehicle connects to the wiring.

If the connections are corroded, you will experience the same symptoms.

Locate your breaker, remove the wires and sand them prior to replacing them.

Also... make sure that you check BOTH the GFI circuit breakers. One will be in the bathroom and the other one likely in the kitchen area. Reset them both just to be sure !!

Every trailer I've owned, and worked on, has a main 12 volt breaker near the front of the trailer. That's not to say some manufacturers locate them other places. On a TT they're usually mounted under the front of the cabin, near the "A" frame tongue. On a FW they are usually located inside the front storage area.
