Just picked up the new TT 21RBS and it came with a touch screen remote. The dealership did not provide the operation manual so I don't have the default pin/pw to access the features. I contacted the manufacture and was told to contact FR or the dealer. Neither has been helpful. Can anyone provide a link to this manual or advise me where/who to contact that might respond
Might help if you let us know the model of the remote or at least what you are trying to control so someone can pipe in the the correct info. Please give us a hint.....
If I knew the model I would have posted it. There is no model on the outside.
I finally hacked the pin but in trying the remote nothing functioned. The remote is designated to operate the awning, slide, stab jacks and porch light. When we picked up the RV last week the remote was not in the TT so the sales person just took one out of a different unit. I would need the manual to see if this is a frequency issue.
