No return contact regarding poor leather seats:

Started a thread with questions and was told to email from forest river. I did and no return contact.. guess it’s fluff..

I had a really simple question about the tank sizes in my trailer (gas tank size,
and front/rear black tank). Wasn't advertised on the site. Dealer said email FR, FR said go back to the dealer. I got a reply at least.

Getting a reply can be dependent on where you sent the request. For the best results your email/request needs to be addressed to the devision that handles the item in question. Sending an email to corporate general email more then likely won't garner a response where sending it to warranty division for your specific rig might. JMHO

Did you click on this link, fill out and submit the form? This is not email.

Call it whatever you want. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that contacting through that link notifies someone through email.

Either way. Don’t supply a link to contact for a resolution if it’s going to go ignored.
