No Water Pressure

I have a 2003 Sunseeker 2450LE and all of a sudden, I have no water pressure using city water or fresh water tank with pump. I've tried all water faucets/outlets and they all have little to no water pressure. As far as I can tell, i have no water leaks. We went camping two weeks ago and everything was working OK. The water pump and filter are located under the rear full bed. I've checked out that area and all is well. Any suggestions as to what is causing this?

city water does not need use of pump so there might be a check valve that is stuck .
sometimes my pump looses prime when sucking from fresh tank . I just let it run for a bit and it picks back up. Is fresh tank full enough to pick up ?

Did you happen to change the water filter - depending on the filter - it will cause you to have nill to no water pressure

or like stated above about the check valve

try screwing the cap off the end of the faucet and cleaning out the screen. Mine was full of trash when I first used it. all works good now.

Since you have NIL water pressure from BOTH city and pump my vote is with Sherdep. Look to your whole house water filter. Turn off all water and dump any pressure by opening a faucet and unscrew the filter housing. REMOVE the filter completely and reassemble without it.

Does this fix the problem?

Cheap filters from the home store may fit, but the tolerance is too tight and they clog quickly especially if you are hooked up to well water.

great minds think alike - besides I tried exactly what you just said and found out the hard way LOL

after replacing it and got minimal water pressure I noticed the hole in the center was 1/3 the size of what the filter that came out.

No Water Flow

You nailed it. It was the in-house water filter. I didn't even know I had one or what it looked like, until I looked under the bed shelf and saw that the water went in and out of this cylinder looking thing. We then discovered the water filter wrench thingy. The water was turned off, so we removed the canister and found the filter inside. We purchased and installed a new filter. Finally, we have great water flow! We probably installed the first replacement ever. The motorhome is a 2003, but only has about 5,000 miles on it. Thanks a lot for your help.

P.S. We bought a water filter from the local RV dealership that was exactly the same size and looked like the old one, so it should work great. You saved me a trip to the repair shop!

Wow - thats awesome glad to have saved you some Money and get your water issue fixed

I learned the hard way by replacing it and going on a trip with nill water pressure and then asked my father and told him what I did and he was like the filter isnt allowing enough water to pass - go figure - never thought it would make that much of a diffrence but it does
