Not getting 12v power
Does anyone know why I can't get 12v inside my camper? I have plenty of juice for my power jack-(disconnected from the truck),so I know I have battery power, and I checked all of the fuses in the WFCO converter. All works fine and dandy when plugged in to 120v. Just would like to be sure there's not anything simple that I'm overlooking, before calling the service dept. I've heard of others having issues with these converters, so maybe that follows the Concertone! (replacement is working great!). HELP!!

The power jack is probably connected directly to the battery so
it works.
The inside 12v stuff could be out due to a blown battery fuse at
or near the battery or somewhere in between the battery and the
power center.
Or loose connection at the battery on in between
or
open battery switch?
On another forum we had this exact same problem and they found
a blown battery fuse. Their jack also was the only thing working.
If you've got a meter or 12v test light this should be pretty easy to
find.
Good luck!

Not getting 12v power
We had this issue with our trailer when it was new. The main 30 amp power fuses in the power converter were blown and they blew again when they were replaced. Our dealer replaced the power converter and everything is allright for now. The dealer suggested that there might be converter problems and they had some converters on hand for replacements. I think this is another problem like the Concertone problem.

HI Ron, I checked the fuses in the WFCO converter, even the 2 main ones on the left side, and all looked good. I'm going to climb under the tongue/battery box area, and see if I can find any inline fuses that may be lurking there.
The only thing I have done was install a second battery with a box, that one is currently connected, and I only have 2 battery wires- one red and one black. I will get out my test meter if I don't find any fuse issues. Thanks, Randy

There is a breaker on or near the battery box or tongue of the trailer. Also, it may be mounted up under the front of the frame.

I found 3 fuses under the tongue area, and all check out OK. 2 I think are for the slide out motors, and one is "inline" from the battery red wire to the small distribution block. It's amazing to me how much rust is on a new camper! Mostly on the frame. Anyway, these are the only fuses that I could find under there. Guess I'll get the meter out and start testing tomorrow! UPDATE !!!! I just towed it in to the dealer, and they found that the little junction block that connects the power to the rest of the camper AFTER the jack was rusty/corroded. It also has a reset button on the side of it, but that was OK. The problem was RUST/CORROSION on connection.
They put a new junction block on, and put some silicone on the connections to keep them waterproof- (which I really don't know about), I wanted to put dielectric grease on the connectors, but they didn't have any! So the problem is fixed; at least for the immediate future!! Randy
