Odd size Torx wrench

Does any one know where to get the odd size wrench's for the torx screws that are used in Berkshire slide out's and other units? T15 is too small and T20 is too big and can't seem to find the in between sizes.

I don't beleive they make such a size.
Is it maybe just a sloppy fit?

Don't think so. Tried many wrenches and as I mentioned, the T15 is too small and T20 too big. Not sure what size it is or where to find it.

You sure it`s not a square drive bit? that is usually the standard screwhead in RV`s. sometimes you can even get a phillips screwdriver to work.

Good luck.

Definitely a torx. Will need to try a phillips.

It's possible that those are not Torx but PolyDrive's. They look kinda like a Torx but they're different sizes.

I had never heard of PolyDrive but will need to take closer look. Thanks.

A lot of the screws in my Rockwood seem to be a combination Robertson (square) & Phillips.

Once you get them out, replace them with stainless Robertson head (square drive) screws. You can find those drivers just about anywhere. The use the Torx all over on our Jeeps and keeping track of the ones I need gets tedious at times.

Just slap me if I'm crazy here--but I seem to remember using appropriately-sized Allen wrenches to fit into the bottom of a Torx recess with some success. Haven't tried it lately, though.
