Picking up new MH. Winterizing needs?

So, I will be picking up my new Georgetown 31B3 at noon tomorrow. I have a 2 hour go over with the dealer and plan on camping nearby for a night or 2 to get familiar with it. We are not out of the woods here for freezing. In fact about 3 weeks ago we had 0 degree temps in Arkansas which is very rare. I know a few folks that had freezing issues with their homes. I plan on being gone 2 weeks later in Feb without the camper. I see the coach has the Arctic Pack. How comfortable can I be that it will keep the needed areas safe while I am gone for 2 weeks? Suggestions on what I can do to minimize the risk?

TIA!

I would winterize it if there is any chance. The arctic package will not help with it sitting for any length of time without heaters. Remember, insulation works both ways. It will cost you less than $10 with the pink stuff from Wally World. Piece of mind for a cheap price and maybe 30 minutes of your time.

When you are with the dealer, make sure you go over the winterizing of your trailer.

If they haven't changed since I got my 2015 Georgetown, the Arctic Pack will keep your holding tanks and elbows to the dump valves from freezing, but will do nothing for your water lines. The water lines are heated by the furnace with a vent/vents to the basement area/areas. You'll burn through your propane in less than 2 weeks in cold temps. As others have suggested, your best bet is to winterize. Enjoy your new motorhome!
