is there a shut off valve on the water line to the outside kitchen? on a 2010 salem hemisphere. if so where?

Most have the water by-pass on the back of the water. Set of three valve . Is this what you are asking about???.

In most TT the water heater back you can get to through a cabinet. See what cabinet line up behind the water heater. The valve are by the water heater. Most water are install where the back of the water heater are under the kitchen sink.
