Popping windshield

Having a problem with my 2003 Georgetown windshield that keeps popping out on the passenger side of a split window. Any thoughts on reason and potential for self repair?

I have the same year Georgetown and have the same problem. I have merely been extremely careful with using the landing gear and have tried to get up on a ladder to push/pry it back into its spot. Eventually I just left it alone and used some clear outdoor silicon to seal the gap that seems to just insist on being there. The wind noise was really getting to me, not to mention the rain water!!! I believe that it is a design flaw in the split window set up and to have someone pull the window and replace the gasket is just way out of my reach at the moment.
