Quick connect shower/ hose ports repair

I have a 2014 sandpiper and it has a quick connect port in the front along with one in the back by the water inlets, the one on the front allows the hose to connect but no water comes out, and the main one in the back I cant get the hose connected, has anyone else had a similar problem and if so what did you do to fix the problem?I'm thinking I am going to have to replace the whole shower/ hose connector in the back but not sure how to do that either. Thanks for any help in advance.

Have you tested the quick connect? This can be done by using a blunt instrument to push in on the sealing valve and see if it moves a frozen/corroded connection is normally the reason for no connection or hard connection. I have done this many times on hydraulic quick connects.

At the female connection (I use a wooden dowel same size at the male connection) and push in on the ball valve. It should open and close early (move in and out) if it doesn't replace the fitting.
