Re-coating roof - What a difference

My Mirada has a membrane roof. It wasn't leaking, but at 15 years ol, its old enough that its time for either a new roof or a re-coat.

I was getting a lot of chalking and it was time to do something.

I removed an old satellite antenna and plugged the holes, fixed a minor hole in the frig vent, installed a new AC roof seal, installed new vent cover seals (the ones inside the vent cover), and painted the tarnished skylight. The entire process took abut 4 hours.

I'm very happy with the finished result.

It won't do MACH 2, but I can get a sandwich and take a pee.

The chalking is supposed to be there.

That's what protects it from the UV rays
