rear springs

I have a winnebago freeway on a ford transit LWB 2003, i am trying to remove the rear springs but the spring bolts are up against the tanks (they cant be pulled out)so it looks like I will have to remove the tanks Winnebago have no plans of the plumbing so as I cant see the top of the tanks I am wondering if anybody has attempted this job

Winnebago isn't a forest river product therefore you may not get much info here.

Would you be able to cut the head off of the bolts and remove them the other way?If so you may be able to put the bolts in from the outside and the nuts on the inside.
