Replacing ceiling and walls

Hi!! My name is MelBell. I'm a newbie, hope I'm doing this right. I recently was almost given a 2000 Cardinal 5th wheel 27ft. It had leaks. I think I've gotten them all. My question is how to replace ceiling and walls with aluminum frame??? HELP!!!

Very expensive as walls are most likely composite construction.

The Aluminum frame is "built" into the composite walls which are foam sandwiched with Luan plywood and fiberglass.

If you have TIME and carpentry skills, tear the walls down and rebuild 'em with wood stick construction. There is a long thread here by a very talented fellow from Rhode Island who has rebuilt his trailer from scratch.

Not cost effective to have someone else do it. However, I know a guy who would probably rebuilt all of your walls for about $10,000 which is cheap when a typical RV shop charges more than that just for one side wall.
